Need help for Scirocco 16V & top speed of 175 MPH

I am trying to get to 175 MPH and I have a faulty Flux Capacitor and need a little more of that stuff called Uranus to get to that 175 number. Anyone have a little extra to spare until My reactor can produce some more!!!!
