Hazards funky...

Larry,

O was just looking at this circuit for a 16v. The first thing you need to 
check is if all the blinkers can blink. If the answer is yet. It is 
probably your #1 hazard switch, or #2 hazard relay. or wiring in between 
them.

The hazard switch is what actually turns both on simultaneously. ie. the 
electrical connection happens inside the switch.. (maximum reliablity -- 
it is after all an emergency circuit). and the switch has mechanical 
contacts.
