With a temp delta of only 20deg (F?), it really won't make much difference.  You can hardly go wrong with either one.

  I'm gonna purchase a sandwich plate for an external oil cooler, and it comes in 2 flavors; 180 degree thermostat or 200 degree thermostat.  
  Unless anyone has any reasons not to, I'm going with the 180 degree.  Any opinions or experience?  All comments appreciated.  (PS - right now the car is NA, but will soon be turbo)
