MKI Small Zender Kit

Does anyone have know the name for this kit?  Is it the Z-2 and the
over-the-bumper setup is the Z-20??

There were skirts like the ones on Doug's car, but there's also a low-pro
Zender kit that has flares and special spoiler (looks very much like an S,
