DOor handle locks

Easy.. assuming you have the replacement in hand:

1. Take the door handle off the car (duh, but its worth mentioning)
2. Put the key in the lock
3. Unscrew the philips screw at the back side of the lock
4. Slowly remove the lock cylinder
5. Don't take the key out or the tumblers will fall out
6. Repeat the above for other handle, then swap lock cylinders between the
   two handles
7. Re-install philips screw, making sure the lever is pointed the same way
   as before
8. Remove the key
9. Re-install the handle and you're done!
