Fire or Ice? (removing A1 sound-deadening adhesive paper)

Jeff torch all the way I have tried both lasted about 5 minutes with the dry 
ice then got frustrated. torch heat scrape go back over with wire wheel in 
die grinder. just don't light the car on fire I tried that one luckily got 
iy out a couple minutes later
