Air Horns
I hooked up a spare dual horn set to my 60 gallon 125PSI compressor and it
was loud as hell, it cleared quite a bit of dust too. ;)
Decibels are exponential, and I think 275 dB is a bit of an exaggeration, at
least it would tak a lot of power.
The loudest air horn I've seen, so far, was 130 or 135dB.
I'm going to try a triple horn next time...
Or something like this:

Mounted inside the front bumper, aimed to the right. ;)

Most of those big rig air horns require about 100 + PSI to work...you'll
need one heck of a compressor to get it to sound off.
