AC Question

I got my ac running again after a relay and fuse replacement, and replaced the r12 w/r134. Now it blows cold at idle, but above 3k rpm it blows warm.

I'm thinking I have either too much r134 or not enough, I don't have a pressure gage to test the right way. Im not sure how much r134 I've put in because the first kit I used had a faulty adapter and some of the r134 went in and some went back to nature. 

Any thoughts?
