How we can help out Rich...(UPDATE)

Talked to insurance this morning. They said I canceled Collision coverage and they claim to be getting the taped phone conversation to prove it. They said it takes up to 10 days for the tape and then they will be denying my claim. Im very interested to hear this tape, but this sucks. I could be the worlds biggest idiot.
