I have been thinking of what I should get my rocco painted when I decide
its time. Currently it is Indiana red metallic, with a peeling clear
coat, and a couple of small rust spots.
Has any one ever tried midnight blue with metal flake. It would be a
little more expensive but I would like to see what adding some metal
flake to the first clear coat would look like. I think it would add a
bit more depth to the paint, maybe make it look similar to a paint job
with a couple more coats of paint to it.
Besides the metal flake I was also thinking that adding a white line
that starts at the front (on the side) and runs to underneath the rear
quarter window where it angles up, fading to the blue all the way. It
would be possible, but my fear is that it would be expensive
(guarantied) and it might not look right on this car (possible, but it
also might look awesome).
Has any one see or tried anything like this?
