Twin charger project?
In the february 2002 edition of Sport Compact Car they featured an early MR2 fitted with just such a setup, the whole point was to get the instant response of a roots type blower with the huge power potential of a biggass turbo.... the idea is realy bloody smart. I believe the blower was completely bypassed once the turbo spooled at higher rpm's.

You have a whole lot of potential for problems - "what is the goal?" would
be my first question. If you want 400 hp or something for dragging, or a
killer daily driver, etc etc. that can all be handled a number of routes,
but double-supercharging an engine adds weight and complexity where it
doesn't need to be. I don't want to kill your idea, but there are so many
good turbo setups (various trims & hybrids) that it doesn't make much sense.
Hell, the variable vane Triumph Speed Triple I rode a while back was 955cc.
It made 180 hp. And you could ride it like a grandma no problem.
I would think it would be too much work and probably fall short of a clean,
well designed turbo setup, or even a good centrifugal supercharger setup.
