The following properties apply to the Compile HDL Simulation Libraries 
process. 

Target Simulator

Specifies the simulator.  Select from the available simulator options: 
ModelSim SE, ModelSim XE, VCS, VCSi, NC-Sim, and Scirocco.

Note  VCS, NC-Sim and Scirocco are supported on UNIX-based and Linux 
platforms only.
