was $195 coilovers: now get a grip

Not to enflame things further on the discussion of these, but wouldn't a
progressive spring rate also be more desirable? I have a set that I really
like, they came with a set of old used Konis I bought almost ten years ago...
Granted, they are not coilovers, but it still seems that a progressive spring
rate would be better. They still work fine, but I have no idea of the spring
rate, OR the manufacturer...

Springs rarely fail, and catastrophic failure is pretty much an non-issue,
as they liablilities would be astronomical against the manufacturer. Sag may
be another matter, but hey, they are adjustable... :-)

I am glad Brian is getting some of these, as I am sure all of us are. I am
anxoius to hear the results, good or bad...
