New ETKA and the nasty Hardlock error

Sorry I guess I didn't explain this properly. Basically, VMware is a
program you install on your machine that simulates a computer. You can
install whatever you want on that simulated computer, including Windows
98. One nice perk of this is that if the simulated computer crashes, you
just reset the VMware program, not your whole computer. While waiting for
it to reboot, you can minimize VMware and read the scirocco list ;)
The problems with ETKA are due to (AFAIK, don't flame me if I'm not
getting this right) it being run on newer versions of Windows (2000, XP,
etc) than it was written for. The backwards compatiblity in Windows is not
perfect, so there are problems. Anyway, with VMware you can actually run
ETKA on 98 as it was intended, on this simulated machine.
