And on the other hand, when I worked at a carwash/oil lube place while in 
school, we replaced 2 engines in 4 months...  The mistakes they make are ones 
that anyone can make, oil changing is tedious and repetivive...  It is very 
easy to make a mistake...

And no, for your next question...  I worked in the car wash part, and have the 
hearing loss in my left ear to prove it (standing in the tunnel, lifting the 
drier for trucks, lots of trucks in OK...)...  :-)
