gas cap lock

No, thankfully it doesn't, one less electical mess to deal with. (the only 
extra electrical thing it has is the MFA, our 16Vs got them)  And the 87 
Jetta has a locking cap, it wasn't too clear the way I worded it. It's a GL, 
maybe it depends on trim level.
