I want to set up a webcam too!!!

Ron,

    Ebay is the way to go for most of the parts you will need.  However, the
real cost is all in what you want.  A moving camera like mine can go from
$30 to $200.  Aside from the camera, you will need a capture card which can
be had for about the same price range depending on what you want and a PC to
control it.  If you don't want a moving camera, it cuts the cost down a bit
and I have another non-moving camera that actually in a dome and is ment to
be mounted upside down.  I'll hook it up sometime and take a few still shots
so you can see the clarity.  If ya like it I can help ya find all the parts
ya need and can set ya up with the software so you can do the same thing me
and Al do.  Just let me know if/when you want to start looking.
