LOL, now that was funny.

But seriously, most states have a law allowing you to cancel any verbal or written contract if full payment has not been received for many reasons including buyer/seller's remorse.  Here in florida you have 3 days, even if a deposit has been placed the contract can still be canceled, and the deposit be returned.
