16v head problem

yea I'm going to take my head to work and see if I can port match it to the
rest of the ports.

I'm going to swap heads and send the one with the insert out to get
repaired, hot tanked, and ported and polished, and have valve it rebuild
with all performance parts.  I'm planning to taking it up to 8000 RPM
safely.
