02A and 02J shifter change over to mechanical...

  I have sourced a conversion kit that will replace the hydraulic slave 
cylinder with a cable for those that wanted to install an 02A or an 02J tranny 
in an earlier car...  I wanted to find a kit to convert the cable shifter to a 
mechanical shifter as well, but it does not appear to be available at this 
time...  The cable does come with the braket to hold it on the tranny but that 
is it.  So not as much success on this as I would have hoped...  :-(
