State Inspections
One of the good things about Oklahoma, NO INSPECTIONS! They repealed the need
about 3 years ago... Funny thing is, Oklahoma City is in trouble with the EPA
for too high a concentration of smog! And that was even before they repealed
the inspections (which incidentally never looked under the hood!)
