State Inspections
No longer the case (the 2 tries and a free pass thing). That got changed in
the last 2 years I think. While I do live in Ga, lucky for me I live in an
area that still doesn't require emissions. However, every county below mine
does and now the deal is that if you fail, you must show that you have spend
$640.00 (I have no idea how the pulled that number outta their ass) to get
the free (or not so free) pass if you still continue to fail emissions.
But since I don't have to worry about all that testing crap (at least not
yet) I'll keep my dpr setting around the 5~7 mark while getting about
28~32mpg as I go through all of those counties on my way to work every day.
