More wiring - Fixed for inspection

Sounds like the ground wire from the steering rack to the body wasn't
properly grounding...  Glad you fixed it!  I'm going through some
frustrating electrical BS right now sourcing the problem with my turn
signals.  I've got a ground flaking out on me somewhere - going to
replace the switch today.  If this car wasn't a complete POS I would be
completely rewiring the damn thing - it's enough to pull out what little
hair I have left!  :)
