Scirocco Front End Query

Hey everyone!
I was wondering what the front end of this(attached pic) is as I really like the look and am going for this with my 16v....Now, this car has euro bumpers(right?) and what is the front bumper on it?  It really smooths the lines on the front end and I would like to know what to do, to get that look on mine..... kewl!!!
