Warning: Spam and virus from me

keep in mind the way this recent virus propogates is by spoofing the sender
address with others from that persons address book. so for example here, if
a lister had Dans email in their address book, that address could be used in
the sender block of an email that would go to others from the same address
book (likely other listers). keep in mind that this can happen even id Dan
isnt the one infected with the virus!
