Question about powder coating...

I was curious what the concensus would be on whether powder coating would improve performance on a complete exhaust system?  I suspect doing the manifold and the downpipe would help, but I am not sure about the rest of the system...

Any helpful suggestions, links, or even opinions are appreciated as always...
