Merry Christmas from New England.  Zero degrees F on Monday with 4" of
snow and 60 degrees F yesterday.  So much for a white Christmas.

I second that again!  4*F this morning, 10-12" on the ground (a lot for
us).  

And I finally put a roof on the playset in Al's pic.
