David’s Volkswagen Page - Domain Name pinched by VW AG

I was sure I was spelling the URL correctly but if you try and type in

http://www.volkswagen.org you don't get David's page, if you try

http://www.volkswagon.org (with an O instead of wagEn) you get taken to 
the German VW site.

There was a lot of stuff on David's site, including:
http://www.volkswagen.org/EngineSwap/Default.htm

So I did a Google look around and found the following:

Damn, they make it sound like he's a criminal or something. Lawyers are 
a wonderful invention- when you have them on your side.

Anyone know if he resurfaced the info anywhere?
