Any Cure for Tires that have sat around?

Allegedly, if you air them up to a 'higher than normal' air pressure and drive them hard, that can cure any flat spots that may develop.  It has been my experience that if you roll the car around occassionally, you don't have the problem.  If you are really worried about it, go buy some cheap jack stands from Harbor Freight (or similar) and let the car rest on that.  You will not have any issue for sure then...
