The brakes thread got me to dig out all my NOS parts. Here's what I
found. For the most part the application was '83 JH/2H bk on bk leather
(pause for mmmmmmmmmm) but would fit many 8V A1s (ok, you got me. I am
an 8V person):
A1 rear kit: drums, w/c, shoes, seals, hoses, bearings, retainers
026109243E pin-wrench idle tensioner
11025 BOSCH 1-wire O2 sensor
200998031 (Brazilian) wire set post-style cap -84
D 339 Front pads, JURID (German) 83/84 vented only?
811827552A trunk/hood shocks--Audi? Help!
191611019 Master cyl ATE (MkII 8V, A2G/J)
171253147 exhaust hangers (like, $1 each)
020301189F driveshaft seals
027198012L head gasket set ELRING (German) MkII/GTI/GLI
531-0810A MkI window rubber, complete WEST COAST METRIC
Email about your application. Hydraulic parts, seals, and gaskets that
are six or eight years old are not advised for use in high-stress
applications but if you are a ramen-eating college student or nicknamed
"Cheapass" then you may get lucky. Most of that stuff cost me less than
$50 and hasn't appreciated much. Haha, just kidding about the window
rubber, sucker.
