[16v] hard start, bucking/bogging off idle

Hmm, interesting.  I think if I saw this I would find
out where they bought there gas and never buy
mine there.  That is one thing I've never(yet) had
a problem with; but I am VERY picky about where
I buy gas-same stations and never when the truck
is filling the pumps.
