Only thing I can add off the top of my head, coil wise, is that there
are different ones. Wait, at one time there where different ones and
they spec'd weather you had points or electronic ignition.
Who knows nowadays if they just have one coil fits all of not. Might
bear checking into.
Oh, and btw- I'm pretty sure Potter will send you the right coil if you
can be bothered to get it in the mail:

Well, it looks like his online catalog features the EuroSport 8mm spark
plug wire set by default, but if you wanted OEM I don't see that being
any problem.
Oh, and don't forget to coat the plug wires' insides (where they grip
the plugs & cap) with some Dielectric Grease. Good stuff, in this case
it cuts down on moisture invading, provides a bit more 'containment' of
the spark, and make it a lot easier to get the boots off the spark plugs
when in becomes time to do so.
