How to mount a Zender Body Kit?

Okay I know that there are some screw holes for under the fender lip but
how do I adhere the upper part to the body of the car.  All the flare
has is a hollow back with nothing to really glue to.  Doe s this make
sense?  The stock 16V body kit has like a rubber flat filler that can be
adhered to the body with that super 3M stuff.  Can anyone help me out
here?
