On a 16V if it's leaking oil then it's the little shaft seal inside. You can get it out, but it's
retained by a serated edge disc and I'm not sure that once you remove it that it will be retained
properly since the edge is sort of staked in place and you break off the staking material by
removing it.
Plus the commonly available shaft seals are .5mm small on the shaft size, so don't know how well
they would last.
