Euroheadlight Relay/Wiring Issues

Hey listers....I have been running the Euro lights for a few weeks now...the setup from the .org site...I used and did everything the same as the instructions layed out....no prob's until yesterday....driving to work I put on my left turn signal and the signal flashed real fast and the windshield wipers came on too....this was weird...I figured the gremlins were acting up again...after that, as the rocco sat in the work parking lot- ignition off - the passenger side high beams came on.....  I noticed this and went out and fiddled with the high beams and turned them on and off....this turned them off when I left it....I went on a call (I am a Paramedic) and when I returned some time later my peers told me the drivers side high beam was on and they could not find my keys to turn it off so it drained my battery....it has been raining a bit lately and I checked my relays and wiggled stuff around and was able to stop the windshield wipers going off when I make a left turn at least....but I could hear what sounds like boiling or crackling coming from my relays....and one in particular is warmer to the touch...what is this??  Is the relay fried?  Or is it because they got wet?  What ideas do you guys have? When I wiggled and connected them tightly they seem to work alright....What can I do to rectify these issues as this is my daily driver and I can't have this happening!!!  Thanks for any input!!!
