Loose steering wheel

There isn't a seperate retainer for the bearing.
See, the bearing is retained in a plastic (crappy plastic) housing and the edge of the housing
breaks off and the bearing slips out.
The proper way to fix it is to replace the bearing. It's (crappy) plastic housing is pressed into
the end of the steering column tube.
Either that of try a bigassed tywrap!
