Rear end upholstry

I asked because I wasn't sure if there was water damage and the
upholstery had to be removed or if this was stock. I gather that what I
have is stock. Black "carpet" lining for the bed, nothing over the sides
or rear lights. In light of this I already have an idea of how I want to
"fix it up." I just don't know how much it will cost. Basicly it
involves foam, most likely thin sheet metal, maybe wood or hardboard and
linex spray on truck bed liner.
