Electrical contacts




That stuff is made by 3M and is called self vulcanizing tape. this in 
conjection with electrical tape, self-vulcanizing tape, 3M scotch-kote can 
keep spliced connecectors (Heliax) free from water even when put into the 
swamps of virginia. Look at marine electrical distributors or RF places. 
or Say Ham radio suppliers.
