car went boom/i'm pissed/parts needed

doesn't look like my last post went through...
i was driving in a parking garage today on the top level after it rained, 
going about 5mph.  tried to turn the corner...and the car went straight into 
the wall. i got out of the car, couldn't believe how slippery the deck 
was--i nearly slipped just walking on it. anyway, i dinged the 
eurobumper/support, and hood; i think both are salvageble. didn't touch the 
grill, eurolight, or body kit. the fender was pushed down and back so that 
it nearly touches the door (what does this mean as far as structural 
damage/repair?). stuff i need:
--driver's front fender
--driver's clear euro turn (do you have that extra still brian?)
--the name of a body shop in louisiana, and hood/fender/door painted.
