Exhaust heat shield question
TB
Twarnt me who mentioned the melting bushings. Since I left my
'new/improved' heat shield in place, I haven't had any heat-related issues
(that I'm aware of).
To those who have removed the downpipe HS, I say this; as much as we hate
to admit it, the design engineers really do know what they are
doing....stray from the original and a price will be extracted sometime,
somewhere down the road. Even if its a price you are more than willing to
pay, it is the choice we have.
