Baltimore city cop sicks

My son got pulled over in the POS Jetta too, for "modified exhaust". Seems 
you can't ACTUALLY bolt a coffee can on there. (his car also sports a yellow 
sticker which reads: "This sticker adds 20 Hp", the H being a Honda logo) 
But they didn't give him a ticket. Likley they took pity in him actually.
But the sad fact is if you're a young guy, the cops will target you. And in 
some cases, with good reason. I've heard numerous stories of outright stupid 
harrassment from guys at the track though. GL.
