FYI:

I'm sure you're all aware of the "scirocco parking only" signs available on eBay.  Well, tonight, I made one in Adobe Illustrator and it looks vrey nice.  I have it in native AI format (nice smooth curves, 200+K) as well as PDF format(not as smooth, ~27K).  I printed mine (ai version) out on 8.5x11 Georgie Pacific Card Stock and it looks like the real thing.  BTW, it's about 8x10.5 in size.  Let me know if you want either copy and I can email it to you off-list.
