(PIC) Disappointment... ATE rear discs don't fit.

OK, here's a comparison pic, the ATE's on the right, stock on the left.  Dimensions A and B are the same.  The red lines illustrate the difference between the discs.
I think the "lathe" idea is out of the options, this is precision stuff here, and neither I nor anyone nearby do I deem competant enough to machine these properly.
So, opinions guys?
