Rear wheel bearing help 16V (kinda long, sorry)

well, the last time i did bearings i punched out the old races by putting 
the rotor on a couple of blocks of wood and alternated side to side with a 
9mm box end wrench and a hammer.
hows that for cheapass :)
actually, i still dont have a 2-arm puller set... :)
