[tech] valve springs specs??

I have found some Heavy duty dual valve spring set and I am wondering, 
if anyone knows the limits/specs of the springs that can fit in a 1.7L EN or
1.8L JH Mechanical head.

The specs I have on the spring set are :

OUTSIDE DIAMETER 1.214" (30.8356 millimeter)
ID OF OUTER 0.926" (23.5204 millimeter)
ID OF INNER 0.693" (17.6022 millimeter)
FREE LENGTH 1.900" (48.26 millimeter)
SPRING RATE 243
SOLID HEIGHT 0.817" (20.7518 millimeter)
