still need help-frozen caliper

so the rear caliper froze up a bit again. doesn't look like i'll have
time to replace it before my trip to atlanta on tuesday. questions: is
this dangerous? i wouldn't have noticed anything if it hadn't been
squealing while i was driving. if i drive in the city for 15-30 minutes,
one side is noticeably hotter than the other. what's the worst case
driving 500 miles like this? anything worse than rotor/pads? i'd really
appreciate some info on this, as it's making me a bit nervous...
