  Guy will take $1300 for it.  Needs brakes and has an Idling problem,
  goes up and down.  Local mechanic says it is an Idle sensor for about
  $200  Is this possibly a good investment? Or should I pass it up.  I
  would be willing to fix it up and even sell it  later.
