SOT.....Texas New License Plate Law

Wow that's rough! Especially, the fine! I wonder what the purpose of that law is. Granted, sometimes they cover up the state partially, but I never thought it was that big of a deal. Move to Colorado, where they are considering only requiring 1 plate at all!
