16V for $2800 a good price ?

Hey I have a chance at a 87 16V and the guy is asking $2800 obo.  It has
170,000 kms on it and it's clean.  Is that a good price???  I figure it is
since I sold my last 16v for $4000 3 years ago with 235,000 kms.
