Weird electrical issues

13.2 isn't bad.  13.5 to 14 is normal.  What do you mean when you say your
battery went flat? If your alternator isn't working then you charging
voltage would be 12 or less.  If your batery is dying as your driving then
your alternator is bad if your battery is dying as it sits then you have a
draw somewhere.
